However, some of the books have been written on wild leafy vegetables but the present book highlights the nutritional and medicinal value, which is very important for a healthy life. The state is very rich in plant biodiversity in general and indigenous vegetables in particular due to congenial agro-climatic conditions.
The present book highlights comprehensive endeavours to focus on tribal diets of different ethnic communities, providing nutritional and health security, particularly against many diseases.
